well, if I can make a suggestion, you could make the cheek (below the eyes) look a little less bulging and round? Maybe a lttle flater? Just a suggestion, and still a great icon. 4/5

Green and red? I know it is supposed to be a shading and/or tattoo, but green and red are nearly opposite colors, and aren't going well together. Try another color for background, or tattoo.
