The EMP blast looks fine...but the hand.... oooooh the hand...gonna have nightmares of that hand...hehe.

Tune the hand a bit, maybe make it human?

Also it looks like Teabag's hand from Prison break

it would be better if you show less of the hand and more of the blast but i really like the vivid details but can you use darker colors on the hand ^^.
