Is too cartoonish. Need more freehand/pixelation to become warcraft-like icons.

Edit: Yes DISBTN is wrong. Try to fix it with button manager.

You should better use the http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/tools-560/button-manager-v1-8-2-a-116280/ to create borders for icons. Still, I am quite sure that you can do more than that screenshot icon, it lacks proper shading and shine on the metal parts.
