Looks like a petrified unit. It's brown all over, the skin, the hair, the clothing, and even the eyes.

Mainly, that was the idea behind this icon, to represent a solid, serious look of a dwarf (hero).

Well, I tried to do icons in a new style and that's the result, at the moment. Expect in future something better.

Maybe your suggestions (and not only) will help me to do an update for it.

You'll need to define what's happening under his nose, it's very dirty atm.
Again, try to work with different hue of colors, not sure if it's intended, but he looks like a brown clay.
