[+] The blades themselves dont seem sharp and the line work is jagged in spots. And, maybe zoom in on the both of them but still putting the handles in the frame

why it's doesn't look sharp? because the blade looks curved? isn't if blade thin it's sharp? does it mean it looks thick? by jagged you mean the back of blade? the back jagged design blade is intended. if i resize the blade it will looks smaller and the size of the weapon is normal size of Warcraft weapon for character concept. some sort of undead pirate.

i have bigger wip from my icon but not the final icon because I overwrited the file and I edit the icon more after I resize it to icon size

It's nice icon, you could have defined background bit more, but please try to keep few more of wips in future works to make moderation easier.
