oh_snap: Too blurry. Stay away from using the smudge tool, that much. It needs more detail, some definition, and a metallic look to it. Once your done with that, try adding a weak glow around it.

Looks some-what good, add some more effects and decorations towards the object and then adding maybe a glow towards the backround also.
