Hmm, the colors are plain, and it lacks effects/details. Add more realistic and cool effects towards this.

as AoP said, the icon is too much of a solid colour and not enough variety.

also, the concept is weird. maybe it could be put on its side to tell the veiwer its a full out mask.

I like it, gonna use it as an alternate howl of terror icon. Looks like a flayed face, could be useful for horror maps
