Pyramidhe@d: The details on the surface of the axe are blurred and lost and are rather disconcerting. Also, having the little spikes on the bottom side, having them black really separates them from the main body of the blade and gives an impression that they are separate objects.

The axe looks comepleatly owesome. The blade have shape of a face (freaking nice idea) and spikes are the beard (again very creative). I would never make something like that without seen it somewhere.
