The helmet needs some further details. Add some decoration or increase the amount of lightning.

I think it looks nice, though the cloth that it's laying on's abit odd :S
About the helm, for lightning, perhaps make one of the spikes have a "glow"/shine, just put some white on it and make some shining beams from it ^^
