BTN is up side down and DISBTN is "normal"

Also the border is strange.

I would also suggest that you scale it down a bit and make some background.

Edit: I'll probably add a bigger glow. I Don't know... What do you think?

Edit 2: I think a background would waste the effect, black its ok, sometimes the more effects you add the worst it looks, in this case a black background its perfect (That's my opinion)

Show the crown a bit more becuase it seems its going outside the icons borders, and add more decoration towards it like diamonds, gems, shines, ex..
