Have you imported both the BTN and DISBTN to the map and the DISBTN to the path: ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTN_CR_BOOST.blp? Should work then.

that cant be fixed and it is not matter at all,firstly none player will care about that,even if it is green all the time xD
just t don't waste time on fixing things like that one
