Looks a bit... unfinished? It also looks a bit flat, try to add more highlights/shadows.
And is there something wrong with the UPG and ATT, or is it just me?

Um... During the conversion with Button Manager, it displays ,,emptiness", like in photoshop when you erase image, not delete or paint it white, erase. It is same for me, and I think that it should work fine in-game.

That pattern normally means transparency. Anything I can do with the black space to make it look better?

You can try to add a bit of swirly effect, like rage or something.

a bit messy, to me...try to make it have some shadows etc, some realism looks kinda flat

Needs realism and definition. Add shading and highlights. Make blood look "liquid"...
