Hawkwing: Like the other one (if you haven't seen the other review I suggest you take a look soon) it lacks the style that Blizzard's artists use in Warcraft III. Try making each string of webbing thicker and more defined. Also, darken the outside edge of the web so the border stands out better.
Edit: Pending doesn't mean it needs to be changed. It just means it wont be approved unless it is.
