Okay this is 50% freehand i made the boot and some patterns in the boot, then all i did to add color was layering pictures and blending, this is prob the most freehanded icon i made :O

hmm..this looks a bit ugly, to tell what it is.
try getting rid of the ice and making it more snowlike and more clear.

Wait, if this is 50% freehand and you have to admit that it's the most freehand you've ever done, doesn't that make your other icons less that 50% in freehand and thereby disobey the rules? *sherlock sherlock* And for the icon... Kinda messy, hard to see that it's boots. And ice itself is more cyan than blue. The bottom of the boots are all right though. Average icon I would have to say.
