I was trying to create a fitting icon for Chakra the ability of KoL in DOTA, I think it didn't fit. Whatever.
Okay I'll go first to the ones who will say that it looked like the Mana Recharge Icon, it doesn't much look like. It's made from scratch, I'll show proof if required.
