But the glwing part is just plain cyan, it should have some glwing or shading.

i know. i want to make the cyan part glow but after my mother ask me to do some stuffs and continue doing this, i just forgot to make it glows and just frame it....hahahaha...

Offering a full size icon always in the description in a hidden tag is a very good bonus and can save professionals from asking for a WIP or big picture.

You should zoom out so the "gemstones" dont fill the whole icon area. Leave a little bit of black.

try to make more contrast on the stone and the glowing runes. it mixes too much and becomes undefined. also, you can try to improve this one first before making another icon
