It looks too cartoony for WC3. Try making it look a little more realistic (basically, thinner borders and add more details). I also really don't like the background. It doesn't look like leaves, it looks like confetti. If you made them bigger, a darker/deeper green, and added some detail to make them look like leaves, it'd be much better.
