The fifth attempt of mine to create a staff. i think this one is better than the other attempt as i spend more time creating this than the others...XD Hope you guys like it!

Your best so far, but still plain color with almost no shadings and some highlights. I recommend you work more on it before you upload any new icons.
I already pointed out some things you should improve via VM;
-shadings/highlights
-no plain color
-more opaque background and not so big
-oh and get rid of black lines

black lines iisnt that bad. And this doesnt much look like a blood staff. 3/5

@enjoy: big picture? i edi resize it to 64 x 64 in order to frame it...so i do no have big picture of this icon anymore....sorry...but i can truly say that this is my 100% work.

Black lines just doesn't look good on icons, there are rare cases when you can't solve it without them, but you should avoid them when making icons.

i will try not to make an icon with all the black lines. but for now, i just think that the black lines helps me to create a dimension in the icon...well, newbies always got what to say...XD
