I don't see any knives. I see red paint on a white surface. With a few dots of brown?

Blood is not really shaded, it is semi-transparent, showing subtly whatever surface it is on, and reflective - concentrated spots of light. On a white background, the colour is fairly accurate, though. Anyway, you need to define the knives better, because, frankly, I can't see them? Are they covered in blood entirely? In which case - shouldn't the background be black to create a little depth?

The closest blade looks extremely bad.

You need to fix that handle and the blade itself, the metal is too shiny in the highlighted areas and too dark in the lowlighted areas. It also looks damaged like there are chips out of it? Kind of dull... The handle looks scribbled...
