Here are some tips that could improve this to a 5/5 :
1. The bottom part's shading is far superior to the top part, try to make the top part equal quality.
2. In the part where the eyes are try to add the same effect around the eye parts as you did to the mouth area.
3.Add a symbol or a Studded cross (or anything cool) in the fore head so you can fill that blank area.
Ps. This has a lot of potential ATM = 4/5
