I think the highlights on the back of his hood are FAR too intense, and I really don't like what you did to the face, it's supposed to be completely hidden by the hood after all(the head figure should not be visible).

Since you already showed his head, at least make the bottom part of it skin-colored and not weirdly just simply black.

I dislike shadings of hood also, I will change it when return home.
The icon, mostly, have more details than model and compleatly black face with black smokes is blending too much, so I will make 2 versions and ask General Frank whitch he like more.

No I haven't. I said green eyes look better on that one. And a red glowing border in the inner border of the icon, just like on the human hero ones, just red.

EDIT:i noticet something light brown color on his neck and i really doesnt fits ther

It is detail of armor and because of black fog that touching it, it looks dark. it must be yellow/orange like.
Ok, now I have added the fog of red color around border.
