I may be wrong, but I have a gut feeling that the DISBTN BLP you provided is not accurate. I do not have the chance now to test this, but in my opinion, the DISBTN image should have been darker.

Yours seems to be a bit darkened and having a black border instead of the metal one.

Correct me if I am wrong, otherwise I suggest you'd do something about it.
