If you want to go just black and white for these things, your shading has really got to be good, as well as, well: the shapes that you're trying to draw, there's a large amount of flaws with both the shape and shading, and considering it's a black and white icon with no bg, I can't really say much about the use of colours, the same goes for the rest of these you've just uploaded.
