This was a simple icon i made for my map. Its supposed to look like a sword the shattered from the frost. I feel this is best used as a debuff kind of spell icon.
I know this will probably be rejected for being to simple, but it never hurts to try eh?

Its very blurry,
cant really see what the icon is supposed to look like,
or yes a little bit but its hard to see.

I dont know what you mean, the icon's done...
sry for being a noob, but if you mean that you want me to post a image of the icone while it was still being made, then i cant since i saved it all on one file, which is kinda stupid of me.

It's actually not good at all.
You took steel weapon upgrade from blizzard, cut a piece of and moved/tilted it..
Then you added something that is supposed to look like ice...
Not much of freehand, and the part that is freehand is.. well... ... ...
You get the picture.
