My work too, it took me about 40 minutes to complete it.
It's still okay thought, much better than the previous one that people called 'Tooth'
P.S. Thanks to Praytic for the shining idea.

Reasons:Incredibly flat and stiff shapes.
Like all your other submissions, this one lacks proper shading and highlights.

Come on guys, this is not serious advice...
Dude, take a look at your icons. Now look at other approved icons here on Hive. Do you see a difference? You should. This icon has absolutely no depth whatsoever. You need to add shadows! It even says so in the bloody rules... I'd recommend checking out some of the 2D tutorials you can find here on hive. It should teach you all about shading, highlights, details, and other stuff this icon completely lacks.
= Sorry YOu can use Opacity of the brush and different colors to get this nice gamma of colors and contrast and quality.
+rep. It's nice, but it would be better if you centered it and add angle + perspective (or just one of these two, angle or perspective, it will make it fit into a square (64x64) better)
On a more serious note, I really don't think it's even necessary to point out what's wrong with it. You'll just have to practice more, and explore using tools that you aren't familiar with. I know it might be scary to try things you haven't done before, but sometimes it's worth it.
Firstly: If you hadn't thought of this already, start out with a larger image with dimensions divisible by 32. You will need to use at least 128x128, more comfortably something even larger. Don't go any higher than 256x256, though, because tiny details would get lost when it is shrunk back down. After you've made the icon and are ready to upload it, you can re-size it to 32x32 and upload that version.
Secondly: Use brushes with faded edges and/or use the dodge/burn tool to add detail, shading, highlights and such to your icon. I'm not a master of icons myself, I find it much more difficult to make detail stand out in a 32x32 image than something of a larger scale, but you can still at least manage more detail than this.
