...It isn't CnP.
It is all made with pencil + burn + push.
The background isn't a separate layer but it's all in one with the lire. I just used a light gray then burned it, and ta-da here the glow. What's wrong with you?

Nothing is wrong with me Icon looked so good so thought it might be, but anyways, great icon
