Hawkwing: No real shading and the lightning doesn't look very realistic. Make it more sharp and jagged.

Not to be too critical, but the hand looks like it came out of a comic square in the newspaper. =/

Also it's a bit too slim. The fingers should extend a little further to the left.
The lightning looks good. =P
