The only possible adjustment can be done to the eyebrow shading/texture, it looks more like foam than like hair. Other than that, it's good. 4/5, 5/5 if you fix the eyebrow .

Yeah, I see what's the problem now: use some shading on eyebrow, currently it looks almost undistinguishable from the "light" on his cheekbone. Make the eyebrow to be more certain and it's brilliant!
