It's quite hard to tell that it's a sword. You should define the object more. Also the background looks quite random, and doesn't fits the object that much.

Not really looking like a blade at the moment, and i would get ride of that BG color, its nasty. Add black as it replacement, always a nice choice.

As Army and Debode stated, needs more defining, it is hard to see that it is a sword, also looks quite flat.
