Ok, i need more practice of making icons, that i dont really understand how they make so straight lines :/

And how they make so realistic coulors and shadows.. i guess i need more practice..

just try to use the basic tool bars and not filters. I could clearly point out 3 filters you used on this, and people dislike them. Practice using 6inch x 6 inch, so when you re-size its sort of decent quality. Keep practicing!

The light looks pretty good but the shard looks so... Blurry, and texturized.

Lol gave up on the shard? As for the dragon you should add a scale looking effect. don't make the scale lines too dark or it will look fake but experiment and try to get a decent looking scale effect.
