enjoy: Really, go find some tutorials of diamonds and all those stone thingys. They are not approveable, and I told you everytime that you need to change them, but they always look like this.

A little hint:
You should add a better background like you older shard icons. they was good enough.
work a little bit more on the background and add a little shimmer.

Make some-sort of shine on the gems so they actually look like gems instead of 3d lines.
