Is it legal to copy a picture and make an icon of it? i dunno but my 3 icons were deleted only cause admins thought that

It is not fully copy of image, this also has an artwork edition. If mods will wish to delete this, it is their decision. However i think this icon can be useful

I'm quite good at math actually, and if you want to to (5/5 - 1/5) you'd get 6/5 because 1/5 is a negative rating, therefore doing this you only increase the rate.
I've meant -1 to the 5 because its not freehand.
