If I did what you wrote the arrow would be red as his red rounded effect, but it´s golden colored, so you are wrong ...

It could be very good for defense maps against undead units like ghouls or skeletons...
It could be icon for an arrow which casts a kind of "Cloudbreak" when he hits an enemy, which would hurt enemies and stun around the target, since light >> creatures of darkness.
