What animations does he need? Or will he be a statue doodad..

Ok well what i would like for animations would be when you move the wheels move and if you can make it so the guy stands up. Then stand would be if you could the guy sitting down with one leg on the ground. And death animation would be him falling of his bike. Dont need no atack or anything else.
