Well, You can remove the mask through triggers, by going to Animation->Change Unit Vertex Coloring and setting the transparency to 1%. That will force all the alpha channels to work properly, but you will only be able to see them work in-game. After the first 2 seconds of game time it usually resets, and if the unit shadowmelds it will as well, so set up the trigger as a periodic event just in case. For some reason shadow meld also causes the alpha channels to work out, not sure why. Doing this will also allow you to alpha out just about anything that isn't team color.

The Warden ~Void~ posted is a custom model, so you won't be able to make the face look like that with skinning. Search Warden or Blood elf in the skins section to see what other people have done regarding doing wardens/blood elves. I know their is a Blood Elf Warden skin on this site. Looking at the massive amount of blood elf models could give you ideas on what to do as well :)

But so far your skin only looks ~10% done, you need to work on it a lot more.
