That's only if they know your drunk, drink, change clothes, some tic tacs, avoid bosses.

But I doubt some random member can't add in a weapon, everything probly is reviewed like30 times before alowed being added into a patch.

well if adding an item is anything like it is on a private server it would be very easy to do. however it would obviously be seen by a boss or whoever and the person would probably get a swift firing....out of a cannon....into the sun.
