This model was ported from Heroes of the Storm. It features the Demon Beleth, a Lord of Hell.

“Despite being somewhat affable and tolerable towards mortals so long as they fight for Hell, Beleth is the epitome of a demon. Destructive, wrathful and burning with unending hatred for Heaven, Beleth's entire purpose in existence is to bring ruin to the High Heavens, a campaign he relishes with delight. He thrives in violence and chaos, and unleashes havoc with sadistic enjoyment and laughter. He openly mocks and gloats against his nemesis Ilarian and the rest of the angels, considering them to be nothing more than rabble fit only to be eradicated by his hand. Despite having fought against Ilarian since time immemorial, Beleth never tires of the slaughter and is always eager to keep it going."
