allot of the details fade away ingame.try using 512x512.it looks like a very nice skin of...a warrior...you say...would have never guessed that...
anways its a a very nice skin but its missing something i cant put my finger on.
4/5

it might benifit from a small model change to make it stand out better. removing the shoulder armor might work or reshaping him. dl vertex modifier to do that, its very simple, it only took me 2 min to work it out and i've never used a program like that before.

vertex modifier !? that sounds good...ill try it later

i do these skins for a custom map, but its size is getting bigger...almost 4MB. so i give up doing any change to the model itself, only make new skins to make them look different as much as i can.

is there other software to convert a mdx to mdl ? i got problem openning the warcraft 3 file converter.

only the arm muscle & cloak are cnp, the other parts r hand made.

really good, one of the several highly detailed model we see

but psycho is right, u should make a new model for it, try doing it with Oinkerwinkle Tools Vertex Modyfier

4/5 keep it up!
