Well, based on this Screenshot.
I can 100% say that she needs more facial structures, her face need to look cuter, not the same old Dark ranger head. Try to take example on Ujimasa Hojo's Darkr anger model, her head is perfectly accorded with her ears. I aslo want to point that Sylvanas has little thing eyebrows and not those bug things you used, decrease they are too much large and a bit, just a bit too long.
You should try to decrease a bit that bow, too big.
I also suggest yoy to change the look of the hair on the model, make one of those things smaller than the other ... ect.


And for some other suggestions, only make to ... Make it better, I've seen that you tried to make it look like BFA cinematic ! Why not adding some Animation alternative to make her look more life a real Banshee queen ? I would suggest only the morph animation!

This is a cool model of Sylvanas! All we need is an icon for it... a Hero's icon, that is. Some models around here are Heroes (proven for their Dissipate animation), but only a standard unit's icon is available.

A fine model edit of the original banshee Ranger. Edits are big enough and the variation is pretty good.

Great model, however, on the alternate banshee queen model, couldn't you make her look more...dark? Her BFA banshee form she looks more void-y and more purple. Couldn't you make her look at least...slightly different? If not(I don't know much about modeling), that's fine. It still looks more neat as it is.

I think the center skull should move outwards further on the pauldrons. It makes the surface look flat as hell.

maybe tone down the smoke effects too you can barely see the model. smoke from the unit or from the bow. i'd remove it from the bow.

Then again I'm just not a Fan of Sylvanas's "NEW" downgrade model by blizzard anyways.
