Here is a page by a Japanese 3d artist featuring lots of high-quality VRML models. These, as I have learned, can easily be converted into .mdx and when skinned make an excellent addition to any modern warfare map. Make sure to give credit to the original maker, Soji Yamakawa.

Hi there, don't get me wrong I like jets as much as the next person. I just think in War3 there pretty much useless. Perhaps a harrier as it can hover or a chopper perhaps. The games just built with limited screen real estate for fast moving objects to be flying around. Besides although I converted one of this fellows models for you, I really think he should be contacted if your going to post him as a model resource. Not trying to be a buzz kill, its good your enthused about this fellows work.

I can't see how you can convert to MDX; even Milkshape doesn't have a VRML importer (bundled with it officially, at least).

If you're going to punt something, at least give us all the details.
