Auto Open !?

When I was downloading a resource... I pressed spacebar or something but then I've checked a box or something...

Everytime I want to download a resource again, it only opens it but can't save it...

Can I turn it off? Cuz it really annoys meh.

In Firefox you can find all your opened/saved files from Tools/Downloads and then press the right mouse button on the file and click "open folder(?)".

But I've never heard about auto-thing so sry...

I haz IE.

EDIT: I thought it was something like "Do you want this action everytime when you download such file?"
I'm dutch... so I dunno what it really was in English.

Get Chrome, IE sucks.
Or add antivirus toolbars.

Well, my weapon of choice is firefox, but in IE 8, go to "internet Options" then "Advanced" and click "Reset Internet Explorer Preferences" (or whatever, mine's in greek )

Mind you though, this will reset all internet preferences, maybe even homepage etc (not bookmarks though (if you wanna go this way but be safe PM me).

PS: Chrome is nice generally but:

A) I go nowhere without NoScript & Adblock+.
B) It has almost no css formatting support.

Well there's the "privoxy" program, which is pretty effective.
