Attack while polymorphed

As the title says,i want to request a spell/trigger that polymorphs the target,but he should be able to attack.

Example:

The Caster transforms his target into a elemental for 10 seconds.
While in elemental form,you can still attack.
Its like the Bear Transform of the "Druid of the Claw",only you use it on a enemy


It would be nice if one of you guys can do this request^^
I need it for a boss of my Singleplayer Dungeon Map

(It doesnt matter if the unit can cast spells or not,it would be good if he's able to use alternate units)

I am guessing that it would be feasible with something like this.

This can be solved by applying Soul Burn buff to the new unit related to the Hero Passive Transformation method.

But I doubt there will ever be, because that tutorial pretty much explained everything on how to do it.
