Are you telling about attack dices and sides per dice? If so...
<Minimal Damage> = <Base Damage> + <Number of dices>
<Maximal Damage> = <Base Damage> + <Number of dices> * <Sides per dice>
For example, rifleman has 16 base damage, 2 dices, 4 sides, so we have:
Minimal damage = 16 + 2 = 18
Maximal damage = 16 + 2 * 4 = 24
Gold and lumber bounty also follow those formulas.
