This skin is utterly useless, because:
1. It will kill separate weapon model
2. The glow at the weapon won't be removed
I suggest you to use unarmed model, these skins are awful.

1. I don't get what you mean by this.
2. If you change the team color to neutral hostile the glow isn't visible.
