Rejected for the following reasons:
- Random copy'n paste, for instance the plain skull on the cape, and the random eyeballs on the book and the kneepads which don't make any sense.
- Recolor and smudge abuse on the original skin.
- THERE'S NO FREEHAND!!!

Sorry, but you have a long way to go before you can accomplish making skins that will be decent or greater enough to follow the site's standards.
So check through 2D art tutorials in the forum (and also search for tutorials in the internet) and learn to make some good freehand skins.

Edited areas don't look too bad though, except the hair is a little weird. and tbh the armour (nearly just like it is in WC3) doesn't look very future-ish.

I have to say the same. Looks like CnP to me. ( those bluish things )
