arrow model effect (for blizzard skill)

the skill is based on blizzard skill and i need that looks like an arrow falling to replace the blizzad effect that is for my archer ^^
ideas :
can someone make an arrow model with 90°? ( i mean falling from the sky)

or modify the blizzard effect to look like an arrow rain???
