Are blizzard art tools compatible with Autodesk 3dsmax 9?
or is 3dsmax 9 even usable to do models that can be converted in mdx?

art tools doesn't work for 3ds max 9 :'(
there is a plugin for 3ds max 9 that can export to mdl format (mesh only i think, i'm not sure for animatins)
