Anyone can share/link me models like these?

It's for my RPG. What I'm looking for is a villager model that has a teen-ager look (not like the default middle aged look) and has attachment points.

I am looking for several models with those specifications but with different animations. Each model should have a set of animation fitted for a class (Swordsman, assassin, etc.). I'm not looking for any specific class but the more class type the better.

If anybody could link/share to me models similar to that, I'd be very greatful.
