with image extractor you export the correct skin as tga. then change skin with photoshop/paintshop pro. then save the tga as blp and import in your map
I reccomend reading a tutorial. You can find some tutorials on skinning at Warcraft 3 Campaigns (although the tutorial section is currently offline) or at Warcraft III.Net.
