Any way to change interface icons for specific players only?

Hi guys!

My question is that is there any way to change the game interface icons (eg.: lumber, gold, food etc.) but not for all players.

My situation is the following that I've been working on a huge RTS map with customized races and there are dwarves (let's say he is "player4"), and I want to only player4 to have his lumber icon (and the tooltip of course) to be changed to stone. All the other races (players) would have lumber as their lumber pool, only player4 will have it modified.
The way with game interface change will not work, because it edits for all players. Are there any way like GUI (I didn't found) or JASS script to edit it?

p.s.: I hope you can understand what I'm trying to talk about

As far as I know, not possible. You could set it to a mixed lumber/stone icon and text.

You could not use the built in interface and then make a multiboard with the proper icons and descriptions.
